Organisation development

We view organisation development (OD) as the process of planned change through which an organisation seeks to improve its capacity to achieve its goals and promote a high performance culture.

The goal of OD is to increase the effectiveness, efficiency and adaptiveness of an organisation to meet changing demands.

Change can be engineered either through large-scale, step-change activities designed to affect the entire organisation or via smaller, incremental actions that develop specific parts within it. A key element is the engagement of the organisation’s people to facilitate active contribution and commitment. This can be achieved with appropriate and timely education and training, underpinned by on-going communication and support.

We apply a structured approach to OD assignments that improves the performance of everyone involved in the initiative. Key activities are to:
