Our approach
Our approach is challenging but structured. Initially it involves clarifying assumptions and testing out stakeholders’ real needs. For change to stick the objectives need to be logical, sustainable and enable all those affected to embrace the process of change.
This process is based on thorough planning and a systematic approach to project delivery. It enables all project participants to work collaboratively and productively and supports ease of progress monitoring and client reporting. In turn this creates the structure within which our consultants can challenge the status quo and be creative in shaping recommendations.
Our approach follows four phases:
-
research phase to diagnose and fully understand the issues
-
followed by a design and development phase to produce the optimum solution
-
moving into implementation to prepare the organisation for and to efficiently introduce the change
-
and ending with a sustainability phase to assess impact and maintain the improved performance.
We use procedures, tools, templates and guidance - all designed to achieve a right-first-time solution. The clearly defined tasks, roles and responsibilities lead to quality outcomes that are developed quickly, economically, and consistently. The flexibility of our process makes future amendments and updates easy to implement.
Our quality management system was accredited to: ISO 9001:2008 in early 2009.
