Echelon is an established Organisation Development consultancy; supporting clients for over 20 years to implement and sustain improved performance, employee engagement and capability.
We work extensively in the corporate, public and voluntary sector, for professional bodies and across organisational boundaries with partnership bodies.
We have supported several public sector clients to win national awards for innovative change and communication programmes and four clients from the corporate sector to each win a National Training Award for the business benefits accruing from their change programmes.

Echelon’s people are partnership people; working in partnership with our clients to effect sustainable change that is innovative and well supported.
To ensure we ‘live the talk’ we continue to hold senior non executive positions in business and in the public sector- together we have 6 non executive directorships/trustee positions on various boards.
