Assessment and Development Centres

A central feature of Echelon’s approach to assessment and development centres is to assess people against a competency framework derived from a role profiling exercise. To present a reality experience and innovative assessment activities that engage and test participants 'in the round' we use actors who roleplay realistic scenarios relevant to the organisation. Echelon’s trained facilitators observe and assess participant feedback on situations, and use this along with individual interviews and problem-solving exercises to provide detailed appraisals of each participant.
