Community Projects for CSR
Our Community Projects are designed to deliver dual value in that they support the community and deliver innovative management development or raise customer service performance. They are brilliant opportunities for connecting better with key stakeholders, as projects can directly benefit for example, education providers in the community.
Each is bespoke, for example a CPR project for a Housing Trust won a national housing award for actively supporting sustainable communities. Called the Community Project Challenge it was aligned to Cert.M; participants comprised a cross- organisation group with a mixed range (senior managers to care assistants) who completed an action learning project managed in a ‘virtual space’ via a website. This significantly built and strengthen cross-organisational partnerships as well as achieving the aim of supporting school students to participate in an apprenticeship programme, gain qualifications and restore a property.
