Forum Theatre
Forum Theatre provides people with the opportunity to work with actors to remodel real researched situations without having to roleplay. [We employ a variety of techniques where participants observe a dilemma role played by actors and direct the actors how to manage it].
These 'change scenarios' enable people to discuss and decide best approaches to

resolving difficult customer and colleague situations

handling sensitive situations that require observable skill

'walking the talk' as a leader

developing a shared understanding or approach to issues
Example change scenarios might be how to demonstrate commitment and ownership of the change agenda, how to establish good team communications and consultation, how to prioritise conflicting and demanding issues, how to handle sensitive people and situations.
